Dr. Kathleen Kan Nephrology
​Dr. Kathleen Kan graduated from Monash University in 1995 and underwent training in nephrology at the Austin Health and Monash Medical Centre. She completed her training in nephrology in 2003. She subsequently spent 2 years at the Department of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics at the Austin Health which specialises in investigation and management of patients with blood pressure disorders.
Dr. Kathleen Kan has an interest in the management of chronic kidney disease because of the continuity of patient care from the time of diagnosis until dialysis or transplantation. Regular specialist monitoring of renal function and intervention has been shown to help delay the progression of renal failure.

Dr. Kathleen Kan currently works as a renal and internal medicine physician at Box Hill Hospital. She also has appointments at Holmesglen Private Hospital, Linacre Private Hospital and Cabrini Brighton.

Dr. Michelle Lui Endocrinology
Dr. Michelle Lui graduated from Medicine at Monash University and went on to complete her advanced training in Endocrinology and Diabetes through Monash Health (formerly Southern Health) while also undertaking clinical research in the areas of Type 2 diabetes and Chronic Kidney Disease.
Dr. Michelle Lui has worked as an endocrinologist at Monash Health for a number of years and continues her involvement in their diabetes outpatient clinics. She maintains a broad interest in all areas of endocrinology and welcomes referrals in thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, osteoporosis, PCOS and all types of diabetes management

Dr. Pei Rong
Geriatrics
Dr Pei Rong completed her core geriatric training at Monash Health. She then undertook a Diploma in Palliative Care Medicine at Mercy Health. She has a special interest in blood pressure control, falls and balance, polypharmacy, and dementia.
